Ordered a couple items at the pool, took awhile hot wings were ok but the flatbread pizza was pretty bad. Glad we went somewhere else for dinner and breakfast

My family and I decided to just eat in the hotel, seeing as it was getting later in the evening, and there was talk about going to the pool afterward. It took the staff close to 10 minutes to seat us because they said they had a table just open, and they need to clean it off. I'm not sure why we has to wait for that specific table since there were several other tables open. Hmmm? Our waitress looked to be of college age. Not animated. Not rude, but not bubbly, not a talker. I ordered their Stuffed Chicken Breast - spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream sauce, a few sautéed mushrooms, and roasted red peppers on top. Came with a side of steamed veggies (zucchini and egg plant). The food was warm when brought out. But it had no flavor - neither the chicken nor veggies!! I proceeded to sprinkle salt all over the plate :( I ate it, yes, but only cause I was quite hungry. Otherwise, I would for sure have sent it back and got something else (their evening special of ribeye steak was extremely juicy and full of flavor - I tried a piece of my mother's dish). I decided to give this establishment a chance to redeem themselves, so I ordered a piece of cheese cake. I was disappointed from the get-go. First off, the dessert had only a thin drizzle of caramel on top. This is an automatic down grade from me - no fruit on cheese cake is a severe no-no, in my opinion. I bit down into the dessert and was again disappointed. It had a powder taste. Obviously frozen, not fresh. Packaged. I didn't even eat all of it :( The prices here were quite high. I would never choose to eat at their restaurant, if I stay here avian in the future.

Service is slow. The House Meatloaf, which is apparently "the best selling dish" was over-salted and burnt.

Gross...The "breakfast buffet" consist of 6 items that are literally as appealing as the moldy smell in the place.. At $10 you would be way better off jogging across the street to McDonald's!!! Side note, the ladies working there are super sweet..... :)

Hotel restaurant that has good service and decent food. We had breakfast here. There were not fireworks but ir was a solid breakfast with good bacon! Bacon is all that matters right?

The only reason this place is deserving of 1 star is because the staff was friendly. We paid way too much for a meal that was equivalent to something that I could've paid $8.00 for at Long John Silvers. The stuffed shrimp seemed to have been left under the heat lamp for about 2 1/2 hours. Good thing we can only make this mistake once.

Very disappointing! They told us they had a breakfast buffet for $10.00 and when we arrived, they cancelled it because there weren't many checkouts. We decided to have breakfast anyway. The coffee was cold, tasted like an old sock had been boiled in it and cost $2.40. I couldn't change it until the server came to bring breakfast because he was not very solicitous. My bacon was barely warm and pancakes luke warm with parts of it tasting like onion. My husband's toast was cold and the home fries were gummy and just gross. They were imitating space food? Fills your stomach but not enjoyable! Do yourself a favor and walk next door to Zachary's and have a cheaper, hot, hearty and delicious breakfast that also serves until 3.

Me and mu husband had breakfast here, we had a free voucher since we were here on our honeymoon. The food was decent, not amazing but filling. The waiter didn't come around as often as I would have liked. The buffet was convienient but the utensils to pick things up wetr almost way to hot to use. I did enjoy their fresh fruit however. Wasn't a bad experience, just didn't blow my mind.

Very slow kitchen. No idea why this should be, as the restaurant was not even half full. It was our waitress's first night and she was as good as can be expected. Several menu items were substituted without asking us. Calamari was awful... Overlooked, dry, no lemons, came w/ tasteless marinara sauce (wrong!) when mentioned to a server he just shrugged. One of our group had the steak special. It tasted good, but was undercooked. My wife ordered the filled veggie salad. They must have run out of grilled veggies, because there was next to none on the plate of spinach leaves that showed up. If you run out of something, let the diner know so they can make another selection!! Duh! Jumbo shrimp special was heavily breaded, deep fried, and tasteless, served on a mountain of undercooked frozen French fries! Ugh! Room is extremely noisy. Only redeeming feature was the house red wine special at $4 a glass.

When a restaurant is empty in the lunch hour, that should always be a clue. This restaurant looks nice. Service was poor--waiter hung out at the hostess stand and ignored patrons. Out of items on the menu. I ordered a simple club. Mediocre (and they have a chef?) Spent a good part of the afternoon in the bathroom IF you get my drift. Went by later during evening service--still empty and smelled like bad fish. Expensive to boot.
